Our Leadership...

Brand Therapy was founded by Esteban Gonzalez, a strategist and thought leader on how consumers connect with brands and experiences. 

Esteban is an expert on brands and consumer behavior. At the core, though, he’s a builder, of things like products, departments, and businesses. His superpower is understanding audiences and spreading these insights throughout an organization. The special sauce he brings to the table is empathy: truly feeling consumer motivations, passions, needs, and how they experience brands, messages, and creative media.

He graduated magna from Harvard University in cultural anthropology, social theory, and creative studies. He worked in entertainment in marketing, programming, and production for several film studios and ESPN before becoming an early advocate and champion of digital media. He’s held content development and strategy leadership positions at many of the industry’s most famed and innovative agencies, including Digitas, Organic, Red Sky, Modem Media, and Edelman, and led award-winning design assignments for several Fortune 100 brands.
